Was a super fun night at the Magpies! Thanks to all those who made it along and to the other bands for putting on a corker of a show. Really is great to see so much talent in Canberra at the moment. However the whole night wasn't incident free. There was a little altercation with an invisible, stealthy, dastardly, murderous fly screen. But never fear, I absolutely kicked it's arse. Obliterated it. Took.. it.. apart. So if you are ever trapped behind a fly screen or fly screens invade somewhere you don't want them to, I'm your dude.

Mother's Cake were incredible last night! Thanks everyone for coming out to what was an awesome evening of tunes! If for some reason you missed last night just do yourself a favour and go and have a listen to their album. You won't regret it! Next up is the 22nd of Feb where we are at the Magpies Club in Civic for another great line up. Hearing Voices will be launching their new EP with Time & Weight and The Khalasar to lend a hand. Should be a ripper and our last show before we try to get some recording done. Catch you on Saturday!

Shananigans 7 was an absolute blast! Thanks to everyone who made it such a great night and came out bright and early to catch all the festivities. And big cheers to all the hard working staff and bands that made it an unforgettable night! This Wednesday we are at ANU Bar with the amazing Austrians, Mother's Cake who have some killer Australian support in The Khalasar and Renegade Peacock. It really does promise to be a great night of music so get yourself along and check out what all the fuss is about! We have squirrelled away an extra ticket so if you want to get yours for $15 instead of $20 on the door just send us a message and we will sort you out. *wink*

Here is the short list of songs for tomorrow night at The Basement for Shananigans Entertainment's crazy line up. Trouble is we will only be able to do 5 or 6. We can't decide so we are going to make you do it. We will draw a song out of the hat and then play it. Could mean our set is a little less structured than normal but maybe that's a good thing.
